Clarence United Basketball Association incorporates our two Eastern Shore clubs Dominoes and Grenadiers. Both proud clubs provide opportunities to participate in all levels of basketball from Under 10’s to Under 18’s.
The Dominoes Basketball Club is 46 years old, having our first teams hit courts back in 1972. We also have 5 life members of the club; Gary Hill, Malcolm Hall, Tony Sim, Dennis Fitzmaurice and Ivan King (current President of the club).
The Dominoes Basketball Club gives boys and girls from a wide range of ages, levels, backgrounds and sporting capabilities the opportunity to play basketball in a structured environment.
The club is proud of our long history and representation of the Eastern Shore; Nurturing children at ages as young as 6 to play and enjoy the wonderful worldwide game of basketball. Contact email@example.com
Grenadiers Basketball Club was formed back in 1989 and we only had 2 teams that season. In the last few seasons we have averaged over 20 teams playing. Grenadiers has a proud history of developing highly successful young basketballers. In recent years our programs have seen Hugh Greenwood, Josie Greenwood, Matt Young, Ashleigh Onaca, Tanner Krebs, Grace Lennox and Lauren Mills play basketball with the Fish and then head off to the USA and play in the college system.
At Grenadiers we cater for girls and boys from 7 years old right up to men’s and women’s programs. Grenadiers Basketball Club does its very best to ensure that our members old and young get to enjoy the great game of basketball in an enjoyable, safe and fun environment.
